We are the largest fully consolidated 9-1-1/Dispatch Center in Alabama.  We provide 9-1-1 call processing and dispatch services for the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, 20 cities and towns, and 36 fire departments. Full consolidation provides many advantages over individual operations including elimination of duplicate services, improved operational efficiency, better interagency information sharing, and overall cost savings.
